Privacy & your enquiry
A8 Commercial Cleaning uses the information you submit—your name, business, contact details, workplace address and cleaning requirements—to respond to your request and discuss potential service. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Website and form hosting
Our website and private CRM run on an A8-managed virtual private server (VPS). Enquiries and account records are stored in A8’s database; uploaded CRM photos and backups use private server storage. Authorised A8 users review enquiries according to their assigned access. The hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to serve the website and protect it against abuse.
Private CRM and optional staff alerts
Authorised A8 users can sign in to the private CRM and optionally enable push notifications. The CRM stores account and device subscription information to control access and deliver alerts through the device’s browser push service, such as Google’s service on Android. Alerts use generic text without customer names or contact details. Users can disable devices in the CRM. Backup email alerts are currently disabled. If the owners later connect their external Google Workspace mailbox and enable backup email, Google also processes generic owner alerts linking to the private CRM. These emails contain no customer form answers. Authentication uses secure HttpOnly session cookies, not browser-stored passwords or access tokens. Unsaved walkthrough drafts can be kept in the browser’s session storage. The CRM needs an online connection for shared records.
Optional walkthrough booking
Website booking is currently disabled. If it is made available later and you choose to book, A8 sends your email address, service address and appointment time to Google Calendar to create the visit and send invitations to you and the A8 owners. The website checks the owners’ busy times without displaying their private calendar events. Booking references and a short-lived booking token are kept in your browser session. Local browser storage
The form uses session storage in your browser to keep a request reference and reduce repeat submissions. It stores no name, contact details or message in that browser storage. The page path is included with your enquiry; URL query strings are not copied into analytics.
Optional advertising measurement
Meta Pixel loads only if you select “Allow measurement.” It sends page visits and a Lead event only after our server confirms a saved quote request, with a random request reference for deduplication. Meta receives browser and network information, which may include your IP address and identifiers stored in cookies, to measure advertising and associate activity with Meta accounts. We disable automatic advanced matching and do not pass your name, email, phone, message or other form answers to Meta. Arbitrary URL query values are removed before the tag loads; a valid Meta ad-click identifier may be retained for attribution. Meta may process this information outside Canada. You can decline and still use the form. Use “Ad privacy choices” in the footer to change your choice; we remember it for 180 days. Withdrawal stops future events but does not erase information already received by Meta. Browser settings can clear existing cookies. Meta privacy policy. Google advertising and analytics tags are not active.
